USD 473 is seeking a principal for Chapman Elementary School in Chapman, KS.  CES is home to roughly 260 K-5 students and a staff of 40.  The Chapman Elementary Principal also oversees leadership to the Wee Lads and Lasses PreSchool and the Wee Irish PreSchool totaling around 30 students.  This position is inclusive for PK-5 principal leadership and experience is required. 

This building leadership role expects for candidates to be knowledgeable of PLC’s, MTSS, and 21st-Century Technology.  Specifically the leadership of successful collaboration, the understanding and implementation of the MTSS process, and then Technology infusion into instruction is necessary.  Other components of this leadership position host comprehension of Special Education, effective school behavior models, and communication with all stakeholders.
